Custom Sizes
Larger or smaller memorials, are available as well as memorials made of different colors and types of granite.
The cost of a custom size, color or design beyond what is available in our headstone designer will vary depending
on the specific request. Please check out our Specials Page and Catalog for more information.

PaymentWe utilize PayPal for all transactions. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. All sales are
final.
Setting FeesThe cemetery that the headstone will be placed in may have a setting fee associated with
installing your grave marker. This fee is set by the cemetery and paid by you directly to the cemetery. Please
contact your cemetery for more information.
ReturnsAll sales are final. We do not accept returns of custom headstones.
Turn-around TimeHeadstone orders will be produced and shipped within two weeks from the order date, or
faster. This does not include time in transit.
Shipping
- All 24" x 12" flat markers are shipped via UPS Ground Delivery.
- Larger headstones and monuments are shipped on a pallet through a trucking company due to their size and
weight.
- Shipping times vary depending on shipping destination. Tracking information will be emailed to you once
your order ships.
Delayed Shipping TimeIf additional time is needed before we ship your memorial. We can provide you with
storage space and time at no additional cost however; your stone must be paid for in advance. Please submit your
request in the comment field at the time of purchase or by phone before shipment of your order.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to make a change to your order, please call us toll-free at (760) 542-6363. Please note that any
change made after the order has been placed is subject to a change fee, up to the total cost of the order. The
amount of the fee depends on the status of your order.
Proofing Your Memorial LayoutPlease check your layout carefully for typos and spelling before submitting
your order. We use the exact text you provide us; because names and words vary in spelling, we do not make spelling
corrections or changes for you.

Artwork

- The placement of artwork and text on your marker may differ by up to 15 percent in scale from the way it is
displayed to you on the website. Any adjustments we make will improve the beauty of your marker. When
necessary, we will resize your layout in keeping with industry standards, to enhance the look of your
memorial.
- Example, if you select a border on your headstone, the website’s display of your text and graphics may
appear cramped or too small. Rest assured, your finished product will not looked cramped or undersized at all;
we will adjust the balance of the artwork and text appropriately to ensure that you receive a beautiful stone
marker.
Stone
- Grey granite memorials have a light grey color overall and a natural peppered black design. Our grey
granite has been compared to the color of Sierra White™.
- Black granite memorials have a deep black color overall with slight variation in dark grey. Our black
granite has been compared to the color of Ebony.
- A coat of paint is applied to the sandblasted areas on the marker. All grey markers will be painted black
and all other color markers will be painted white.
- Among the unique, natural properties of granite are variations in color and design. This is inherent of
each granite memorial and should not be considered a defect.
