I had to write and tell you how pleased I was with the extraordinary customer service rendered to me by Michelle Nichols during my recent purchase of two markers. My order involved shipping the monuments to two companion cemeteries in different locations in the Detroit area. But what exacerbated the situation was the resistance I immediately encountered from the cemeteries when they were advised that I would be procuring the markers from your company instead of from them. They seemingly took great pleasure in making the purchase and subsequent installation as difficult and confusing as possible.

Ms. Nichols was a life-saver through this entire ordeal. She requested and received permission from her supervision to work directly with the cemeteries and very graciously completed and faxed numerous forms, and other paperwork to get the process started. She also expedited the work order to meet the cemeteries' early November cut-off date for installations, making sure the monuments were shipped in plenty of time. Then, when your carrier encountered problems with delivering the markers, Ms. Nichols contacted both YRC and the cemeteries to coordinate delivery times agreeable to both parties.

The markers have finally been received and installed. They beautifully reflect the legacy of the loved ones they represent, and I couldn 't be more pleased. This would not have been possible without Ms. Nichols ' assistance and persistence. She was the consummate professional, even when the cemetery staff was rude and unethical. This is what true customer service is all about; her picture should be next to its definition.

I just wanted to send you an E mail and let you how very pleased I was to do business with you. I ordered a companion headstone for my great-great-grandparents who had been without a headstone for over 70 yrs. I called several companies here in in my area before ordering from you. I was a little hesitant to order over the net and even looked for reviews but found none.

I called your office and spoke with a very nice girl there and she gave me all the information I needed. I decided to go ahead and place my order. I used your order instructions on your website which was great and easy to use. I also received the stone at the time promised, delivered to my home, very well packaged and beautiful.
